The new Romeo Military Rally takes place June 5-7, where World War II re-enactors and military vehicles will show what it was like during the Second World War.

Washington Township's annual "Super Sunday" event will take place on June 7th from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.. The Washington Fire Department will have a pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Senior Center in the township hall ($7/adults, $4/child 6-12, 5& under free). From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the Washington Historical Society will have their 32nd annual craft and antique show in front of the museum. There will also be dulcimer music, classic cars, a perennial plant sale, Banjo Dan (1 p.m.), Shadgrass Band concert (noon), a vintage baseball game (1 p.m.), and tours of the museum. The Washington Historical Museum has local history displays and photographs, a George Washington gallery, U.S. Bicentennial collection, Statue of Liberty collectibles, Indian artifacts, scouting memorabilia, military exhibits, and a current display of Barbie dolls to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the popular doll 1959-2009. These events are all free.
